In this study, for the purpose of investigating the seismic safety of steel frame and steel-concrete frames to be used in high-rise residential buildings, their constant displacement amplitude tests were conducted to clarify the low cycle fatigue and restoring force characteristics. By formulating the restoring force characteristics the earthquake response analysis becomes more realistic and at the same time, by applying the random fatigue theory to the low cycle fatigue test results, the response analysis results can be evaluated more reasonably. ƒL[ƒ[ƒhi‰pjF - ‹LŽ–‹æ•ªF - ‹æ•ª @@@ˆÏˆõ‰ï˜_•¶W
