With finite difference method, a program for two and three dimensional reservoir analysis was developed, and by it the main dynamic behaviors of reservoir water under earthquake conditions were examined. In accordance with energy reflection at upstream boundary, three new attempts, besides the traditional one, were made with dashpots, coordinate transformation and interpolation methods.
