Immediately after 1993 SouLhwest-off-Hokkaido Earthquake,we visited Okushiri Island,to investigate the human acLiviLies after a big disaster by questionnaires.They are making plans and reconstructing their town in ukushiri Island,even holding various problems.Six months after the earthquake,we investigated their intention again,to know their knowledge and opinion for the reconstruction plans,and to esfimate Lhe intention of towns and its residents.From thE answers to the questionnaire,we could conjecture that they are still disappointed to the disaster,and they gives priority to the prevention of disasters,over Lheir dominant industry such as fishery and tourism. キーワード（英）： tsunami control,hearing inguiry,reconstruction fund,GIS,evacuation plan,disaster prevention plan 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
