In the Hokk-aido Nansei-oki earthquake tsunami disaster,the tsunami warning alert network system could not work well before tsunami coming.The improvement of the systems is very urgent,but it is not enough to reduce human damages.Other functions have to be realized such as quick response of mass media and cooperative formation of headquarters for disaster countermeasures.Moreover,it is important for inhabitants and fishermen to understand knowledge of tsunami and its disaster.After all,it is pointed out that simultaneous runaway just after earthquake is the most important behavior to mitigate the human damages. キーワード（英）： tsunami disaster,tsunami warning system,disaster prevention radio communication network,disaster information,disaster prevention,catastrophic disaster 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
