大震火災による人的被害の推計

抄録（和）：
高密な木造建物市街地からなる日本の都市にあっては､地震直後に火災が多発すると大被害を被る可能性は高く､広域避難に関する応急対策が企画立案されなければならない｡この対策支援としてコンピューターによる火災・広域避難シミュレーション手法が有効である｡本研究の目的は､出火現象を確率的に取り扱える火災・広域避難シミュレーション手法手法の開発である｡本論の前半では手法のモデル構築を解説し,後半では千葉県市川市を対象にしてその手法の有用性を示した｡

The objective of this study is to develop a simulation technique for wide area refuge by fires due to an earthquake.At first,this explaines the fires breaking out sub-model considered the occurrence probability of fires,the fire expanding sub-model used the elliptic equation and the wide area refuge submodel reproduced the actual state of past disasters.Secondly,the model is applied to Ichikawa City in Chiba prefecture,and it is showed to be an useful technique that can estimate the casualties by fires due to an earthquake.
