1994年ノースブリッジ地震における液状化調査

抄録（和）：
1994年ノースリッジ地震では､数は少なく被害も軽微であったものの､液状化等の地盤災害が広範囲で発生した｡ここでは､液状化地点とそれによる被害､および､液状化によって生じた噴砂の粒度特性について報告する｡(1)地震動による構造関被害範囲よりもさらに遠方の特に海岸埋立地で液状化が生じた｡(2)地震動による被害は震中付近に集中したが､液状刻による被害は震央付近よりもむしろ遠方で相対的に大きかった｡(3)ダムの堆砂地においても､浚渫による海岸埋立と同様に細粒分の多い噴砂を確認できた｡

Ground failure due to liquefaction during the 1994 Northridge Earthquake was a little amount and small scale,but occured in wide area compared with the damage due to strong motion.Liquefaction sites,damages due to liquefaction and characteristics for grain-size distribution of the ejected sands due to liquefaction were shown in this report.The results were as follows.Liquefaction occured in the reclaimed land which was farther site from the epicenter than the damage distribution area due to strong motion.Damage due to liquefaction in far area from the epicenter was reratively rather bigger than in near area from it.
