1993年釧路沖地震発生時に北海道開発局釧路港湾建設事務所において､地表と工学的基盤の双方で地震記録の同時観測に成功した｡本地震は､マグニチュード7.8であり観測データとしては数少ない大地震の記録が得られた｡また､現地の土質データについても得ることができた｡そこで､強震時の地震応答特性の解明を目的として､得られた記録を用いて解析をした｡解析方法は､液状化抵抗および履歴減衰についていくつかの条件を与えパラメトリックスタディーを行った｡解析の結果､「使用した液状化解析プログラムはパラメータの入力や層分割に対して配慮すれば適応性があり今後の予測や判定に役立つと考えてよい」という結論に達した｡ キーワード（和）： 液状化，砂，地震，動的性質，砂質土，地盤の応答 掲載雑誌（英）： PROCEEDINGS OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE JAPAN SOCIETY OF CIVIL ENGINEERS 著者（英）： Iai Susumu,Morita Toshikazu,Matsunaga Yasuo,Sakurai Hirotaka,Kawajiri Shinji タイトル（英）： RESPONSE OF A DENSE SAND DEPOSIT DURING A STRONG EARTHQUAKE MOTION 抄録（英）：
In the 1993 Kushiro-Oki Earthquake of magnitude 7.8,simultaneous recording of earthquake,motions was successfully done on the ground surface and at a depth of 77 meters in a dense saturated sand deposit.The acceleration record on the ground surface with a peak acceleration of 0.47g shows a distinctive ground response,which consists of a cyclic motion having a period of about 1.5 seconds overlain by a spike at each peak of the motion.Effective stress analysis using a strain space multiple mechanism model results in consistent ground response,indicating a reasonable applicability of the present model. キーワード（英）： Liquefaction,Sand,Earthquake,Dynamic Properties of Soils,Sandy Soil,Response of Ground 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
