急傾斜地崩壊危険箇所の地震時の崩壊率

抄録（和）：
地震時の斜面崩壊により被害を受ける人家の数を全国にわたって予測する手法を開発した｡これは､全国で調査されている急傾斜地崩壊危険箇所を利用する方法で､その危険箇所数に地震時の崩壊率を乗じ､さらに1カ所あたりの平均的な被害戸数を乗じて予測する方法である｡この手法を開発するため､宮城県沖地震など最近の地震時における斜面崩壊危険箇所を調査し､急傾斜地崩壊危険箇所と対比させて､地震時の崩壊率を求めた｡この崩壊率は地震動に影響されると考えられたため､地表最大加速度との関係を調べたところ､地表最大加速度が大きくなるにつれて崩壊率が大きくなる関係が得られた｡

A new procedure for estimating the damage of houses due to slope failure during earthquakes were developed.The number of damaging houses can be evaluated by multiplying the rate of slope failures due to earthquakes at "hazardous places for steep slope failure" and the numbers of houses which are located at the hazardous places.The rate of slope failures was studied by comparing the slope failure sites during past 10 earthquakes with the hazardous places for steep slope failure.As the results,the rate was increased with the maximum surface acceleration.
