側方流動のメカニズムを解明すべく模型振動台実験を行った｡拘束圧の影響を考え､実地盤で考えられるよりさらにゆるい地盤で実験を行い､自重のみによる流動の再現を可能にした｡地盤の間隙化､傾きの影響と変形にともなう間隙水圧の変化を詳細に調べた｡

To make clear the mechanism of lateral flow,shaking table tests were conducted.The experiments were done in ground looser than the real one to remove the effect of low confining stress and reproduction of lateral flow in only dead load condition could be achieved.The effects of void ratio and inclination of ground were examined and change of pore water pressure with deformation was also examined in detail.
