抄録（和）：
地震時の地盤の動的性状をより合理的に把握する手法の開発を目的とする｡一案として､地盤ひずみを利用することを考えた｡地盤の自由表面の3方向の軸ひずみを観測した｡70以上の観測結果より､不変量の主ひずみ和ついて非定常スペクトルを算定した｡ピーク値を示す振動数の頻度分布を用いて､地盤の動的性状を推定することが出来ると考える｡

According to the records,attenuation of ground strains with time and also with an increase in the epicentrat distance seem to be more gentle than that of acceleration records.Then,ground strain records show dynamic behaviors of ground in detail.Under such consideration,spectrus analyses were conducted,concerning the ground strains observed during earthquakes.The change of frequency contents along with time was demonstrated using the non-stationary spectrum.This spectrum analysis is considered to contribute to investigation on dynamic behavior of ground.
