抄録（和）：
本研究は最大加速度､最大速度､最大変位などの最大地動パラメータと地震動スペクトルの卓越周期の関係について論じたものである.ここでは､最初に最大地動パラメータとそれらの卓越周期の関係を不規則振動理論に基づき理論的に考察し､簡単な定理を与える.さらに､この定理と筆者らにより導かれている最大地動パラメータの半経験的な減衰式により､加速度スペクトル､速度スペクトル､変位スペクトルにおける卓越周期の大きさの地震マグニチュード依存性を導く.

Possible relations between earthquake motion peaks and predominant periods of spectra are studied based on the random vibration theory.A theorem describing the relations is derived as a simple form.Furthermore predominant periods of acceleration,velocity and displacement motions are obtained using a set of empirical expressions for peak acceleration,peak velocity and peak displacement and the theorem.The results show that predominant periods of acceleration,velocity and displacement motions increase with increasing magnitude,giving a good agreement with the predominant periods observed in a past study.
