This paper discusses bending deformation of welded pipelines induced by liquefaction-induced buyant force.Liquefaction of sandy soils may result in an apearance to a ground surface of buried sewage pipelines,manholes,buried oil tanks and so on.It has not been reported after the past earthquakes that buried welded pipelines had come out to the surface in liquefied areas.The cause of no damage of the pipeline is estimated that there were fortunately no welded pipelines or the pipeline has high performance to resist the up-lift deformation. キーワード（英）： buried pipline,earthquake,liguefaction,float-up,welded pipeline 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
