1983年に発生した日本海中部地震により､東北地方日本海側の砂丘間低地などで液状化が発生し､甚大な被害を蒙った｡砂丘地帯での分布を見ると､液状化は砂丘の内陸部や砂丘間低地のみで発生しており､砂丘上や海側では発生していない｡筆者らはこの原因として､砂丘地の横断面における密度や地下水位の分布が異なっているためではないかと考え､秋田県能代市において砂丘地を横断する2断面で土質調査を行ない､その原因について調べた｡その結果､砂丘の横断面内で地下水位やN値から推定した相対密度の分布が異なっており､内陸側で液状化が発生しやすかったことが明らかとなった｡ キーワード（和）： 砂丘，液状化，N値，地下水位，密度 掲載雑誌（英）： PROCEEDINGS OF ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE JAPAN SOCIETY OF CIVIL ENGINEERS 著者（英）： Tanoue Hiroshi,Yasuda Susumu,Yanagihata Tohru,Shinji Rei タイトル（英）： LIQUEFACTION POTENTIAL ACCROSSING A SAND DUNE. 抄録（英）：
Liquefaction was induced at many locations in the coastal plain of Akita Prefecture and Aomori Prefecture during the 1983 Nihonkai-Chubu earthquake.Liquefaction was only occured at the inland toe of the sand dune slope,but not at the sand dune and outside toe.The authors conducted soil investigation by Swedish sounding at a sand dune in Noshiro City to know liquefaction potential accrosing the dune.From the research,it was clarified that soil was very loose and groundwater level was very shallow at the inland toe of the sand dune,And liquefaction was susceptible at the inland toe. キーワード（英）： sand dune,liquefaction,SPT N-value,groundwater level,density 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
