This paper discusses a method for predicting the percentage of earthquake damage in a group of R.C.buildings,based on the standard acceleration response spectrum studied by T.Shiga,H.Atsumi and the distribution of base shear coefficients in a group of R.C.buildings shown by J.Onose.Furthermore,the maximum ground acceleration in three areas of Sendai city,where many R.C.buildings were suffered from 1978 Miyagi-ken-oki Earthquake,are estimated by comparing the percentage predicted by the method,with the actual percentage of earthquake damage of R.C.buildings in the areas respectinely. キーワード（英）： reinforced concrete building groups,prediction of earthquake damage,1978 Miyagi-ken-oki earthquake 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
