It is impartant to understand elasto-plastic behaviors of steel structures or members under cyclic loading such as hard earthquakes which cause the stress level exceeding the elastic limit.In this study,in order to get experimental data for grasping the feature of cyclic stress-strain curve,the experiments for ss400 were carried out.Monotonic loading curve is defined as the bounding curve and the treatment of the yield plateau and the reduction of the elastic range were considered and so new model was proposed.The new model give a better agreement with experimental data. キーワード（英）： constitutive equation,yield plateau,elastic range,monotonic loading curve 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
