抄録（和）：
「軟着島」とは､水より少し重い比重を持つSLユニット､(Soft Landing Unit)を､軟弱な海底地盤に「軟着陸」させて人工島を造る新しい工法である｡この軟着島の地震時挙動を調べるため水中振動実験を実施した｡その結果､振動時間の経過とともに軟着島の応答が低下することが確認され､一質点系モデルで表現できることが､示された｡

″Soft Landing Island (SLI)″is new constraction Method for man-made island.This structure which has a specific weight slightly lighter than effective weight of excavated soil,is placed on sea bed.Under water shaking table tests were carried out to study the vibration characteristics of SLI.The tests show that the seismicity-free effect can be expected by the Soft Landing Method.
