The connectivity of the lifeline system is studied based on the two ratios (a) "damage ratio" which is pertaining to the degree of physical damage and is defined as an expected number of failures per unit length; and (b) "normal-supply ratio" which is pertaining to the system connectivity and is defined as the ratio of the length of the portion being connected with the supply node to the total link length of the system. The purpose of this research is (a) to develop amethodology for examining the relationship between the two ratios just after the earthquake and during the recovery period for several simple network systems, and (b) to clarify the change of the reliability of the system in accordance with the change of the scale and configuration of the network due to the growth of the community. キーワード（英）： - 記事区分： 投稿論文 区分 　　　　論文集
