Asimulation model of oil spread due to tsunamis is developed. The equations for the motion of oil are the Navier-Stokes equation and the continuity equation. Since no effects of surface tension is included, the method is only applicable for a short time , in which the inertia and viscous effects dominate. This method is applied to Miyako Bay, on the North Sanriku Coast in Japan. It is assumed that 2 000m3 oil spill from tanks due to earthquake.
